1. Begin at the Campaign Creation dashboard.
2. Head over to a Response.ai Campaign which already contains completed videos. For this example, we'll choose "Response AI Campaign".
3. Now that we're inside the Campaign, we can see all of our created & successfully rendered videos for our prospects.
These videos are now available to view & send to prospects.
They are being hosted on the web, so prospects can now view them.
If you click "Social Link" under a video, you'll automatically copy the prospect's website link to your clipboard.
4. For example, we copied the Social Link from the video for [email protected].
We can now copy/paste Vince's custom landing page link into our Instantly.ai Campaign.
The link appears as: Our Custom Domain + Campaign ID (here, it's 243) + Vince's Email: https://video.response.ai/243/[email protected]
Breakdown of the link:
5. HINT: You'll notice that, in order to SEAMLESSLY integrate with ALL Cold Email platforms, Response.ai just uses the prospect's {{email}} to complete the link.
6. The only thing you need to do to pitch 10,000+ prospects: change Vince's email in this example to Instantly's custom variable, {{email}}.
7. MAGIC: Now, ALL of the leads in our campaign will receive their own custom link, because Instantly.ai auto-completes it with the {{email}} variable.
Let's check an email preview to see an example. (We have a lead called 'John' uploaded to the campaign, & his email is '[email protected]'.
Instantly.ai auto-completes John's link, & does the same for all 10,000+ other leads in our campaign:
8. Launch your campaign, knowing that ALL leads will receive their branded landing pages at scale using Instantly.ai's {{email}} variable.
John's landing page & video, for example, (using apple.com as his website!) looks like this.

Get the custom link for ONE specific lead (our example was https://video.response.ai/243/[email protected])

10. From now on, you can quickly copy-paste the Campaign's ID, which would be:
...by going to the Campaign Dashboard, then clicking the Three Dots under a Campaign, & selecting "Public Link".

Remember that integrating with ANY Cold Email tool is super simple because we JUST use custom variables.
If a NEW cold email tool you want to use has a DIFFERENT custom variable, e.g. instead of {{email}} it's something like {{lead_email}}, just EDIT the text in the "Public page link" box.
e.g. In the above picture, it says https://video.response.ai/243/{{email}}
So, if you want to send Response.ai videos with a different cold email tool that uses {{lead_email}} or {email} for example, just edit the text & copy-paste.
