Response AI

There are several reasons why a video render would fail:

A lead's Domain URL that you uploaded for our AI-scraper from your CSV list was broken or invalid. This happens when the website no longer exists, it is gated by a login screen, it is gated by a payment request, or the website has crashed.

A lead's Domain URL has been paired up with the incorrect columns on the 'Pairing CSV columns' step of Campaign Creation. If, for example, you've paired 'First Name' with the website column by accident, the system will fail &amp; re-launching is required.

Your Custom Domain has been calibrated incorrectly. If the IP Address in your DNS settings is incorrect &amp; doesn't match our required IP (108.128.28.112), your landing pages will fail to load &amp; send back a 404 error.

(2) Your Custom Domain has been calibrated incorrectly. Under the Settings Tab, you should see that your Custom Domain is named: <a href="http://video.domain.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://video.domain.com</a>. Ensure you are not using https:// with the S on the end, and ensure you have the HTTP:// to begin the link.

Double-check your DNS settings to ensure your Custom Domain saved successfully.

Server error on OUR side (very irregular.)
